First debit: takes 3–4 business days to clear your bank. After that, debits clear next business day.
Failed debits: if a debit fails (insufficient funds, account closed, etc.) your bank may charge a dishonour fee. We'll retry up to 3 times before pausing your subscription.
Changes: we'll give you at least 14 days' written notice of any changes to the debit amount or schedule.
Cancel anytime: email dev@aspiredigitalgroup.com.au and we'll cancel within 3 business days. You can also stop a debit by contacting your bank directly.
BECS direct debit isn't available on all account types. Check with your bank if you're unsure.
