Direct Debit Request Service Agreement

By providing your bank account details, you agree to this Direct Debit Request and the Direct Debit Request service agreement and authorise Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd ACN 160 180 343 Direct Debit User ID number 507156 ("Stripe") to debit your account through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) on behalf of Zingamenu (STAGING) (the "Merchant") for payments as per the terms of your agreement with the Merchant. You certify that you're either an account holder or an authorised signatory on the account listed above.

If more than one person is required to authorise Direct Debit Requests on this account, obtain the authorisation of all required parties before submitting this form.

How direct debit works

First debit: takes 3–4 business days to clear your bank. After that, debits clear next business day.

Failed debits: if a debit fails (insufficient funds, account closed, etc.) your bank may charge a dishonour fee. We'll retry up to 3 times before pausing your subscription.

Changes: we'll give you at least 14 days' written notice of any changes to the debit amount or schedule.

Cancel anytime: email dev@aspiredigitalgroup.com.au and we'll cancel within 3 business days. You can also stop a debit by contacting your bank directly.

BECS direct debit isn't available on all account types. Check with your bank if you're unsure.
